11 Jun (Sun): 'Leave No Trace' Cycling Trail with Better Trails

Learn how to enjoy the outdoors responsibly. As you explore Pulau Ubin's nature and heritage, learn about the recreational impacts on Pulau Ubin.

There will be pit stops at different parts of the island to learn more about how the principles of 'Leave No Trace' can help to make better decisions and preparation to enjoy outdoor responsibly.

1 Jul (Sat): Basic Mountain-biking course by Mountain Bike Association

Learn basic Mountain-biking Off-Road skills with expert instructors from the Mountain Bike Association (Singapore)!

Learn from the experts!

You will learn the basics of riding a bicycle (MtB) on easy off-road trails, including bike handling on up-slopes and down-slopes, use of gears, and braking techniques.

16 Jul (Sun): FREE Pedal Ubin with the NUS Toddycats

Pedal Ubin returns for for Pesta Ubin 2017! Join us for a ride around Pulau Ubin and explore the Island's landmarks and scenery with volunteer guides from the Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum.

We will cycle through the west, past old plantations, kampongs, forest, quarries and mangroves, stop for a coconut or two and listen to the guides as they share with you stories of Ubin’s wildlife, past heritage and present conservation efforts.
